We got a much better plan than offered by the tour group that also covered our airfare. This is the 3rd or 4th time that we have used TIC, never needed it but it was reassuring that we had the right plans.

I worked with Alan before to get travel insurance. My prior trip was quite complicated and he gave me some excellent advice so that I knew I was getting the coverage I needed. My most recent trip was much simpler but I cared about being sure I had the right medical coverage. Once again, he was responsive and informative. In all my interactions, I have never felt that he was 'upselling'. I very much appreciate the responsiveness and the transparency.
