I found the insurance on line and chose to apply for it over the phone. It was the kind of insurance I was looking for...just life insurance in case of a plane crash. There was no long wait time before I could talk to someone, and the young man I talked to couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was quick and easy. Of course I can't say how easy it is for the beneficiaries to collect.
