Their website is similar to the official Canadian website so I too was duped into paying €82 for a C$7 ETA. As soon as I realised the mistake I applied on the official website and paid C$7 for another ETA (the one issued by traveldiscover-ca.com was genuine). I then contacted my bank who said the payment had been processed by them, and it was up to the company to process the payment at their end. They said they would contact their fraud department to see if the issue could be resolved. One day later I have had an e-mail from traveldiscover-ca.com saying there was a problem with my payment and I would be given a full refund between one and 10 days

I asked to stop service immediately after I paid by credit card. I was sure, that I'll never see my money back. Unbelievable, but I got a full refund. It happened after 2 months of waiting but anyway, it was a good surprise. So in my case, it was not a scam. Just a very expensive service for a thing whose price is 7 CAD at the official site.
