Worked out for me..kept my fingers crossed..
Booked through London toolkit and everything was just fine. Shared van showed up exactly within the 1 hr time window. Mercedes van was nice and driver was courteous and professional. Door to door service was worth the price. Only negative comment is I would have liked an updated confirmation a few days out. I reached out to them, slightly concerned and they did respond positively..just know this is a broker service and they farm out the jobs..

The service was polite
The service was polite, helpful, and efficient from booking through transport. The only quibble I would raise was the amount of time spent determining whether our luggae was too large or heavy. We never face this in dealing with transport services in the U.S.

Hi Stephen, Thank you so much for your 4-star review! We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with us. Indeed the luggage capacity is a bit of headache, we don't want to have customers left at their pick-up point without enough space in the vehicle to grab all their luggage so we're extra careful on the matter 😅️. If anything: we hope we can make your next experience even better, please do not hesitate to try us again Stephen. We appreciate your support! Hope to see you soon, The Travel Compendium Team

What a huge day out!
This was a huge day out. Our guide Manni was so knowledgeable and full of interesting fun facts. We found the day to be a good, balanced blend of driving in the bus, walking with the guide, listening to the guide and free time at the 3 areas. Both Manni and our driver Earl had a good sense of humour and kept us well entertained for the 11 hours we were together.

Early morning inner access Stonehenge
Early morning inner access tour to Stonehenge was excellent. Worth the early start. Guide Andrew was very informative and kept us organized.

It's a review…
Pickup instructions were not very clear but they waited for us and got us where we needed to go.

Very comfortable car and professional…
Very comfortable car and professional driver, but the driver was not a guide as promised by Travel Compendium. He had never been to Salisbury Cathedral and knew very little about Stonehenge. He was also 25 minutes late picking us up but we understand traffic can be unpredictable.

We had a glitch going from Southampton…
We had a glitch going from Southampton to London Heathrow. We never connected with the driver who never responded to our increasingly frantic phone calls. We finally found another driver who was willing to transport us. The reason I gave this company a relatively high rating is that they made good and gave us a refund.
