Super accommodation with courteous staff and great breakfast. Would not choose Toot bus tour next time. Wanted a more indepth historical narration

Great London hotel. Very good location for seeing London tourist sights.Travel to venue by coach was easy and well organised although it was a 20 minute walk to the coach pickup from the hotel. The only downside was not being advised which concert performance we were scheduled to attend until the week before the break.

I was initially quite worried about spending so much money with a company I had never heard of. We bought a two night hotel and Abba Voyage show thru travel zoo and travel compendium were the facilitating company. However I found them extremely responsive to all of my questions, and I asked many! Our hotel was very good, not too far from the coach which was arranged. The only reason I haven't given 5* is because we were given incorrect times for our departure and show time for Voyage. This didn't really cause any bother, who moans about having two hours to wander around London 🤷♀️ I guess the answer people want to know is..... yes I would use them again but make sure of all of your timings.

The deal as structured was a very good value, and it was easy to purchase and use. That said, some of the communications were a bit confusing (e.g. "Service Request has been opened," or something like that), so maybe there are still a few technical kinks to work out.

The drivers were great. However we were told to book a 12 person van. We were later told to use an 8 and 6 seater. In the morning the first driver contacted me asking if we were 12 people. He was not aware of the 2nd van. He did manage to get the second van on time so everything worked out. When I tried calling I got no answer with about 6 attempts and that was annoying.
