Outstanding service...
I am writing to commend you on your excellent service provided to me on my recent trip to London. Traveling abroad can sometimes be quite frustrating as travel plans and schedules change and the unexpected happens. The very reason I sought out your company was because a competitor had cancelled my booking of the very same tour due to not having a driver. Your company could have easily done the same thing due to not enough people to make the excursion worth it for your company. Instead, you upgraded me to a private car and allowed my vacation to continue as planned. Communication is key when dealing with travel companies and your organized emails which included the tickets to each destination made the day go smoothly and helped relieve any stress or worries. Due to your excellent customer service, my vacation ended remarkable well and I am very grateful for the upgrade. Flavio, my driver, was also an excellent conversationalist. He was prompt, courteous and attentive and navigated through some very large crowds due to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee (Windsor Castle). It was a pleasure having conversations with him and spending the day with him. I would certainly recommend your company and hope I have the opportunity to make another booking in the future.
