Excellent service with one exception
Excellent service with one exception. We had to call the driver when at the airport. He was no where to be found.

The driver was excellent and was…
The driver was excellent and was attentive to our needs. Our only critique would be to have more clear info on how to communicate. The “Driver number” provided on the document did not indicate that you could not text and it could have been more clear that the number is not actually to the driver, but a phone line to a call center. Not the end of the world, but a difference of 4 stars vs. 5 stars.

Harry Potter Studios trip
Harry Potter Studios trip. Easy to buy, but no clear instructions about the time when to enter. Info came 6 days prior and went to junk email. Tour operator did not find our booking at first: the reservation was under first name (not last) and not under the name who had made the booking.

Driver and pickup was very good
Driver and pickup was very good. Where I would downgrade the company is in correspondence. Although t hey communicated a lot, it was different people each time and mostly form replies. I would answer one person and the next day get a standard form from another person asking the same questions. I never knew if they were getting the answers I was giving or changes I was making. Follow up lettets always said " your account has been upgraded." I never knew if things were going to be what i requested. Ultimately, when I got to London, I talked to someone in person. Everything worked out, but it was frustrating.

Driver was friendly and helpful
Driver was friendly and helpful. He was 30 minutes late for our pickup due to London commute traffic but we were informed about his delayed arrival.

Great All Round
The quality of the chosen hotel was brilliant and far more than we expected. The coach travel provided to the Abba Voyage stadium was right to the door and couldn't be faulted. All in all a great deal at a great price. Slight negative was that the hotel hadn't received the request for twin beds but this was soon rectified.
