A sing in the window
This is my suggestion to tell ALL your drivers. We stood out in front of the airport for nearly 35 minutes until we finally hooked up with our driver. The wait was not the concern. The concern was we had NO idea who our driver was. There were so many black Mercedes pulling up in front of the airport ready to pick up customers. We even went car to car asking if they were here to pick up Bailey. We could not call because our phone service was horrible for this entire trip. Our driver told us he was just about to leave and then what would we had done. Your drivers need to have something in the window telling who they are picking up We were not the only ones who were going from car to car asking if they were here for them. It was so loud in front of the airport you could not even hear if your phone was going off. So simply tell drivers to put the name of the customer in the window

Sadly the guide was sick and couldn’t…
Sadly the guide was sick and couldn’t join us on our pre cruise transfer to Southampton via Stonehenge. While illness happen, there should have been a “back up “ guide. There was a technical issue at the port and a guide would have been helpful.

The pick up was 1 hour late
The pick up was 1 hour late. I was at the pick up point 30 minutes early so my waiting time was actually 90 minutes. Im not impressed. I had to call twice to find out what was happening otherwise the driver was very nice and helpful.

We arrived outside the arrivals gate at…
We arrived outside the arrivals gate at 8:30am. We checked every drivers sign walked the entire line of busses looking for our “coach”. We walked row 3 of the private hires never found anyone. We asked other drivers if they knew where the company would be they didn’t know if the company. We started calling at 8:36am. We were told the driver was there and they would have him call us. Did not receive a call. We called again. Next person told us to give the driver 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes called again and we’re told the driver would be there as soon as possible. When the driver showed up he looked aggravated. We got into the van. There were three other people already in the van. That’s when we found out they had left 40 plus minutes prior and we’re almost to Windsor castle when they turned around to come back to get us. We were where we were supposed to be! Why the driver left without us is unknown. We then proceeded to Windsor castle the driver had us take a photo of our tickets from his phone. After our time at Windsor he arrived promptly to pick us up dropped the other party off at the airport then proceeded to take us to our hotel.

driver was late
driver was late. Did not know he was in a car, thought it was a bus. He had to get our tickets. I could not down load the map. No one at the terminal knew about Travel Campandium

Airport pick up
Driver was excellent…rendezvous was a disaster…the flight was not monitored to check terminal…office said it was changed at the last minute…we were on the plane for ten hours…not really last minute!!
