Waited on the driver for over 75 minutes for them to not show! No phone calls and no one answered at customer service. Would not recommend. *Edited to add: My phone was not off as I tried calling the number on the email that I did receive, twice with no answer both times. I did leave a call back message the second time, without receiving any notification at all. I was waiting for over an hour for the driver to walk by with a sign bearing my name and also sent my partner walking around the area to search for the driver multiple times as various cars approached the area. I will state again the driver did not make an appearance.

When booking on their website, it does not allow you to specify a time. So I booked for the date and expected to be able to specify closer to the date. I got a confirmation and was then contacted by their customer support saying it was confirmed for June 5th when I booked for August 5th. They were able to correct that. Then on July 29th, I received an email with the voucher saying the pickup time was 8:30. The ship was not letting people off until 9:30 and I immediately tried to contact them via email and their contact us form. No response. The day of arrival, I got a phone call from the driver saying he was going to be there at 8:30 and I told him also I couldn't get off the ship until 9:30. When I got off the ship, I looked for their bus, but it was not in the private bus area. I called the driver back and he told me that he was instructed not to pick me up, but to pick up other passengers instead. He gave me a number to call and try and arrange to be picked up, but nobody answered at that number. I ended up having to take an Uber, and they refused to refund my money. I would never recommend this company for anyone who is trying to get reliable transportation.

One of our worst travel experience. Your driver was changed overnight and no information was communicated to us until we had been waiting for over an hour and after we reached out to him. He dropped us off several blocks away from our destination because there was a traffic problem. He started suggesting we walk with two suitcases and several travel bags about 20 minutes to our destination! We travel often and we understand that unexpected things happen but we have never been asked to vacate a shuttle service before the agreed upon destination. This was unacceptable on many levels. You did not complete your end of the commitment. Very expensive and poor service

The pickup time was 8am at our hotel. By 830 nobody had come. Phoned multiple times. Finally connected via phone and was told “ten minutes away” twice. Finally showed up at 9:10. Driver didn’t know anything about our tickets, the timing to get to our ship or even which ship we were on. He thought we were sailing the next day and I said “no today”. So far behind schedule we ended with only enough time at Stonehenge to see the stones and run through the gift shop. Driver was on the phone the entire time he was driving and we could hear him talking about issues with other pickups and tours. Not sure if they were through this company or not as it seemed he didn’t work for this company and was hired on last minute and without good information. I Emailed them with updates on issues and got no response. Thoroughly disappointed and stressed about the entire experience. Not worth what we paid given how little time we had at Stonehenge. Couldn’t stay longer or we would have missed our ship. Update: I finally received an email from the company on July 19th apologizing and offering a 15% discount on any future booking with them. So when they say “their dedicated customer success team have already assisted you throughout this process and resolved the situation” what they mean is that nothing was done to make up for the huge waste of money on a very expensive tour but come try us again. No thanks.

The booking process with Travel Compendium was very smooth. I booked our transfer online on March 31st and it was confirmed and paid for on May 6th. We arrived in London on May 11th and had booked a cruise transfer on the 13th. This reservation was confirmed on May 6 at which time they told me they would be in touch with me to organize my pick up point. On May 12 the day before we were to be picked up I sent an email saying we are scheduled to be picked up the following morning but I had not heard of any arrangements from anyone. I tried to call Travel Compendium's number but no one picked up, nor could I leave a message. I also sent a text message. When I still had no response on the morning of the 13th. I booked different arrangements. Soon after making other arrangements I did get a call from the driver but I told him I had already made other plans and I would not be needing him. I would think a car company would be sure to confirm arrangements at least 24 hours in advance for tourists who are dependent on accurate and reliable service. When we arrived in London from Tampa, Florida we booked a different car service and they were in constant contact coordinating our pick up place and time at the airport. It is true I did not cancel within Compendium's 24 hour window. However, when I did not receive any confirmation whatsoever within that same 24 to 48 hours we got worried that something had fallen through the cracks. We had to take a car service because there was a real strike and traffic would be very heavy going to the port two hours away. In addition, London was very crowded the week after the coronation and there was a major soccer tournament in the area, which also led to heavy traffic. We would never have canceled if we had received confirmation the day before. I requested a refund, which Compendium refused. I would never use them again if I was traveling abroad. I learned my lesson and should have booked my transfer through the cruise company.

Aer LIngus flight was delayed for 2 hours. In addition, they put my suitcase on flight 168,which was a further 2hour delay. As a result, no driver, no ride. I had to book at considerable expense another ride. Please reimburse me for the unused service with your Company.

Our driver drove recklessly, didn't help with the luggage, our reservations for Windsor castle were later than we expected and we didn't receive notice of this. The driver reacted put out that she had to wait longer for us to see the castle,

We booked and paid $430 Cdn for the ride 6 months ago scheduled to be picked up on April 30, 2023 from 7:30am to 8:00am from cruise ship terminal in U.K. Our ride was cancelled just before 7:00am saying the driver was there at 6:00am and could not wait any longer, our ship did not dock until 6:30am. It was a very stressful experience situation, tried to email to customer service to get refund, not answer. I think we got scammed.
