Filed a simple claim for our Hawaii trip through Disney Vacations using the supplied trip insurance which turned out to be AON. It has been over 6 weeks and when I check the progress of the claim on their website it still says "in progress". Should not take this long. Will never buy trip insurance if AON is the provider. Update. Finally got paid.

Insured flights for my family through Aon. My father-in-law died prior to our trip, so we filed a claim, which was approved in June. August and no checks had arrived. Called Aon and was told that they were mailed to the wrong address, would be cancelled and new check would be issued and sent expeditiously. November and still no checks. I went on line and found that my claim had been closed in September. Called Aon again. Was told by the Aon associate that the case was closed but NO checks had been mailed. Was told that they would inform their supervisor and expedite me the checks. Horrible company.

Waste of money and time. Aon really needs to cover more pregnancy complications and more medical conditions in general. I was unable to fly due to complications of pregnancy, and they denied my claim, basically saying that the only pregnancy-related conditions they cover are really acute medical conditions like abortion or miscarriage ... basically termination of pregnancy. They don't cover any of the other life-threatening pregnancy conditions!! What a joke! So you want me to fly against strict doctor's orders, and then have a miscarriage during the flight, and then you'll cover me?!! Ridiculous.

the worst Company ever!!! DO not waste your money on their policy. Rude customer service (yes you Britanny!) and they cover NOTHING. The policy is poorly written and when you try to make a claim you learn that only 4 unlikely instances are covered for a cancelled trip - how often is someone actually hijacked or gets in a car accident on the way to the airport!! save your money!!

I have filed my claim on January 2018 and it is now June 2018. I was told thru emails and phone conversation that my checks were already mailed but no checks were received. This cycle repeated three times that checks were mailed, to date I still do not have my refund. Do not do business with this company, it is a scam!

Poor customer service is no excuse for being negligent to comsumer. Still waiting for call back day #5. Still waiting for call back day #19.

Terrible customer service. I submitted a claim past the normal processing time. This is an extremely straightforward claim with all documentaiton, but it has disappeared down a black hole. The Aon website and phone service are noticeably bad too. Based on other reviews I am reading, I can probably expect this to be declined as well.

Buyer beware! This company will not pay your claim. Scam company. Scam product.
