Most people have pre existing conditions..... I booked a trip for Christmas with my daughter. I got sick and my doctor would not allow me to go. I am out 7k because Aon says it’s preexisting..... I am reporting the to the State Attorney General on Monday, the insurance fraud bureau, taking them to the news. This is just wrong. They want to give me credit for another cruise. I saved to take that trip I need my money back. Has anyone been successful at all?

AON travel insurance is a joke! I have purchased other trip insurance before and was promptly paid. I filed a claim in December 2018. Only today, May 1, 2019 did they finally tell me the claim is denied. Calling them is horrible. Very poor customer service. They have requested information from four of our doctors. I don’t think they ever planned on paying the claim. Carnival should find a different travel insurance company. Don’t bother buying the AON TRAVEL INSURANCE Carnival offers. It is a waste of money! They won’t pay your claim!

This company is a joke, I purchased a cruise over a year in advance and was talked into the insurance "promising to give me piece of mind" and help me to feel secure in such a large purchase so far in advance. Well no such luck. Found out my ex was having an affair 57 days prior to sale and because I missed the 60 day cancellation window my only option was to pay them $1300 to review my case for cancellation which they could decide to reject and I wouldn't get a dime back. After already paying $2500 towards a vacation I could not afford to pay another $1300 in the hopes they would refund me. I will NEVER do business with Aon again.

This company is trash, they ask for a crazy amount of documents so you don’t file or they can deny it. When you call customer service they do not give a rats behind. I will Never use this again, ever, how are they in business.

Aon Trip Insurance. Based on my current experience, I believe this company is a total fraud. Do not fall for their advertisement of protecting your trip, etc. They have fine print written by scam lawyers which will deny just about any claim under the disguise of requiring more paperwork documentation to support the claim. Shame on travel agencies, cruise companies and airlines, facilitating their scam. I will pass on my complaint to the state insurance regulation authorities for further action.

Just wish this process was easier.

They were awful. It took almost a year to settle my claim. Things ended up on my credit report. They kept trying to cancel my claim,kept asking for the same info over and over. Never again. It wasn't worth the stress.

Still fighting 3 months out. Doctor found throat cancer had surgrey on 1/919. Refused to allow me to go on cruise 1/20. They have gotten 3 papers from my dr and permission for my medical records. Now they are asking for more. And they never want to talk to you on the phone. Ready to get a lawyer. So tired from treatment. My Doctor is shocked that they treat people like this. I am going to also contact my senator to ask who they can be reported to.
