This company is a complete fraud!!! Our Royal Caribbean cruise (sail date of the beginning of this month) was cancelled (by Royal). When we had asked Royal what to do about our travel insurance, they directed us to call these crooks. Today I spoke to this ignorant company and they told me that had I cancelled less than 10 days after I purchased the insurance, WHICH WAS LAST YEAR BEFORE THE PANDEMIC, that I could get a refund. Well that is complete bull crap. I have submitted a claim to the BBB and I HIGHLY recommend everyone do the same. You won’t get your money back from these weasels.

Do not buy travel insurance with Aon through Disneyland. I have a trip scheduled for June 2020. Due to the covid 19 pandemic, the Park is still closed and the country is shut down!! I need to cancel my trip due to this situation because I cannot book flights and other hotels in California at this time. Customer service representatives at Disney and who represent the greedy Aon will not refund my $378. I was told I had to cancel within 14 day of booking my trip. We didn’t have a pandemic at that time!!! This situation is beyond my control and they are disgusting to make me and other people in this same situation lose our money. I will be filing a complaint against them and Disney with the credit card company, Better Business Bureau and any other outlet possible. The premiums are insignificant to Disney and Aon but significant to people trying to pay inflated prices for groceries, toiletries, medical expenses, masks, gloves and so many other expenses at this time!! I will never purchase coverage from them again and will tell everyone I know of their corrupt practices against consumers who need their help during this difficult time in our country.

We purchased travel insurance through AON on Hopper when we booked our trip to England. We ended up having to reschedule due to the Corona virus. When I called to see about rescheduling the dates for the travel insurance they told me that regardless of the worldwide pandemic going on that I only had 10 days after booking my trip to reschedule my insurance and that they would not refund my $153 because it was over 24 hours after booking. I booked the travel insurance and flight before the Corona virus became an epidemic. Basically they stole $153 from me and my wife.

This company is a fraud. I got sick on my cruise and went to the medical facility on the ship. They were wonderful and did much to help with my flu symptoms. I received medication and a detailed report on what I was tested for and a cost breakdown. We paid for the cost and departed when in our home port. I submitted the costs to my own insurance and the sent me a check for approx. 75% of the costs. Aons policy is you have to submit to your own insurance First then they are secondary. I did that, sent Aon all documents for the balance and was denied. This company is a waste of time and I don’t recommend it to anyone. They are a rip off and should be investigated.

August 2019, I booked a great European trip and cruise. I asked the travel agent to recommend travel insurance. The vacation is an expensive trip, and I am 78 years old. The Travel Company's recommendation, ANON Travel, was accompanied by a Passenger Travel Protection Plan for AON. On March 9 2020, I decided to cancel my trip. It seemed that the world was facing an outbreak of a pandemic disease that was a particular threat to seniors. I did not want the risk of the air planes, the airports or the cruise ship. Guess what--NOT COVERED. The Travel Agency subsequently was forced to cancel the trip, but did not offer to refund the cost of the trip, or the cost of the airfare, or the cost of the travel insurance. Neither the Travel Company or the Travel Insurance assumed any responsibility for my trip insurance or my loss. A tip! Do your own homework Do not rely on your Travel Company or on their Travel Insurance. Research the reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM AON INFINITY AIG TRAVEL.

Horrific! I’m counting on karma to settle matters with AON. This is one company that won’t survive Covid-19.... only the companies willing to show some compassion during this pandemic will come out of this mess and rewarded for their efforts. No one will attend AON’s funeral.

Aon Travel Insurance is fraud, In this pandemic situation I knew that there might risk for flights so asked Hopper's to book 2 insurances both Hopper's and Aon so I should be on the safe side, total with my ticket $1400 and now they ignoring to refund me they are saying we are not covering it, Government should ban these scammers on this terrible situation the money I need has been stolen by them and playing soccer. Did I pay for insurance to buy potatoes or was it related to my flight?

I cancelled my May 15 2020 trip today because this was the day the balance was due. The representative helped me to cancel with no problems. UNTILL at the end of the conversation when I asked about a refund of the trip insurance. I was told to contact the AON (Disney recommended) insurance company for a refund. Which I did- only to be told there would be no refunds of the policy. I told them I had booked another trip for next May 2021 and could I use the money to go on next year's trip insurance. She said no that Disney would have to do that. I called Disney and was informed that I could not put the $424 on next year's trip because I h ad cancelled this May 2020 trip (just less than 2 hours previously.) I said that I had already booked a room for next year and only cancelled a few minutes ago. They told me that they had cancelled my trip and I couldn't roll that money to next year. They went on to tell me how the insurance would help with any money we were out BUT there is none! My airline costs went into a voucher for next year.  I said this doesn't hurt Disney at all, the insurance will make money for nothing, and I'm out $424.  Apparently I am the only person having this trouble according to Disney. Is there anyone that is having this problem? Help please!
