I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased travel insurance! I have been waiting almost 90 days and still nothing! We booked through NCL . Flight delayed bags delayed flights rescheduled! Paid for hotel in July 2022 still nothing. Don’t use this company!

Another horrible review after paying an enormous amount for Cunard Care we had our daughter's $3k laptop stolen from her locked suitcase (TSA locks) when we set it outside our door to pick up on disembarkation. Missing. We called police, filed a report - pulled video from both the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and followed the chain back to the ONLY possible place it could have been taken - on the ship before we left. Cunard fobbed us off to their provider AON who has since May of this year not moved one iota to finish and process this claim in spite of us having furnished all documentation necessary to have it returned and paid. This is like a bad scam. They should absolutely be held to task and I am also contacting the NAIC to file a report of bad business practices. This is ridiculous the number of complaints with NOTHING being done. Do better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE. been waiting 3 months, we can't get a supervisor on the line, we can't get the adjuster on the line, and each time we call its always the same answer " we are still processing your claims" when contractually they have 30 days.

We filed our claim for a cancelled cruise to Alaska on Oceania on May 19 and still have not gotten our money back. Just talked to them again this morning and they said again that they have all our proper paperwork for our refund but it is still with the review department. It is now 4 months. He said again he would put a note on our file that we called.

I am joining the increasing numbers of customers reporting having a recent bad experience with this company after attempting to file claims regarding trip cancellation. I am going to contact the corporate office of Carnival to complain and suggest they discontinue promoting this company's product. I suggest others do the same since it appears all cruise lines endorse their insurance protection

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My husband and I paid for a cruise for 12 people and when we had to cancel due to Covid, Aon refused to issue the reimbursement checks to us, despite being provided with proof that we were the sole purchasers. They issued checks to our family members in other states that didn’t pay anything, some of which were minors as young as 2 years of age. I spoke with them several times and they assured me I would receive a form to complete to change the name on the checks, however I got nothing but emails stating they were unwilling to change the names. We are now stuck trying to get these checks signed and the money returned to us. Will never use them again and I wouldn’t encourage everyone to read this company’s reviews before doing business with them.

I bought Aon through Celebrity . On the flight, I got sick and was in severe pain. Ended up in hospital with surgery in another state after plane landed. I called immediately and had my cruise cancelled. I then asked for a claim the next day. You can’t file without a claim. Well it took a month for themTo send me a claim even though they sent me an email saying it would take 2 days. Filled out claim and waited . They stated it would take 21 business days. You can’t even call them. I called and called no “ answer” but it will take 21 days. I filed with BBB . The next day, I got a denial stating my cruise was never cancelled. I called and they said you must do an appeal. Cruises.com sent them the letter stating that I did indeed cancel my cruise. Filed with BBB again. Sent in claim and haven’t heard from them. Am in battle with Celebrity as they did cancel cruise and owe me taxes, port fees , excursion and a dinner. So they are supposed to give me 7 days credit. Meanwhile , Aon only shows online that my claim was denied . I have called and they only say “ send in letter and appeal”. They won’t tell you exact steps or when I will hear from them. Online they say 21 days. You call they say 21 days. This is all a scam. Please don’t use them. ALL of the cruise lines use them . They get a kick back. Please if you did , call BBB and state insurance regulation.

Like everyone else my experience is awful! Been over 3 months and still no reimbursement. I also get canned replies. DO NOT use this company if you can help it!
