Zero stars ! DONT USE THEM ! Bought plane tickets on May 10. Thought it was good until May 25 i had to call them for eticket info. it was confirmed that they could not accommodate my tickets and said the flight was cancelled.?Flight was not cancelled. They said they would issue a refund back to me. One month later I have no tickets and no refund has been issued yet! How are they still in business! I will keep you posted once I finally get my refund so the next person will know what to expect if they buy from this site! DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give ZERO stars I would. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND!! They scam and say the flight “ran out of room” when that was not the case at all. IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS since I’ve requested my refund back!! DO NOTTTT go through them! I can’t even believe they have any good reviews. They need to be taken down and reported to BBB!!!

Can I use bad words? Because bad are all that's going through my mind. I booked a flight with Travdel via Jetcost on April 7th. First red flag was that I had to call to adjust price because it didn't include taxes. Still, I went ahead, bought the ticket and got confirmation. I couldn't verify the code on United Airlines and so I reached out to Travdel. (Because of the uncertainty, booked another flight on American Airlines using my miles as the miles needed for the flight had decreased and I then had enough miles). After about 5 days Travdel ASSURED me that my ticket was booked and confirmed. The charge to my card was completed and because I had authorized the charges, I accepted. Ticket CONFIRMED for sure sure sure on April 23rd. So I cancelled thr other flight. I went to the airport (IAH) today only to find out I had no ticket! I called Travdel, no answer! Only text saying that they could get me on a flight at Hobby airport! And hour away! At rush hour! The conclusion: they stopped corresponding, then hours later wrote "sorry mam for the inconvenience. We'll refund your money and you get it in 7 business days! TF!

A true scam I had my doubts about this website airfare was truly so low it took so long for me to get my flight information and I kept pressing them and finally got it. Check my email randomly and something told me to check my flight and look up my flight had been cancelled the next day. Called the airline and they said it was cancelled due to fraudulent activity. These ppl are a scam stay away!

Horrible service. Canceled our flight after payment and are now unreachable. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY
