Son falsos, Primero me resolvieron a su manera, 12 horas antes de mi vuelo llegó mi tiquet, llegué a mi destino para mis vacaciones. El día 30 de agosto era mi regreso a casa. Nunca llegó mi tiquet, nunca llamaron para informar que mi vuelo ellos mismos lo habían cancelado. Tuve que comprar otro boleto directamente a otra aerolínea, super caro, para el día siguiente. Demasiado frustrating. Son muy irresponsables, No los recomiendo.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have been waiting for two days for my flight reservation to be confirmed, and I still have no idea what is happening with my booking. My reservation is still pending, and I cannot get a clear answer from anyone. I have tried contacting customer service by phone, but I have been unable to reach anyone. I also tried emailing the address they provided, but the email address does not even exist and my message was returned as undeliverable. This is extremely stressful and unprofessional, especially when it involves a flight and a significant amount of money. Customers should not have to wait days without any information about whether their ticket has actually been issued. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The complete lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.
