They Charge Your Credit Card Beyond What You Owe Them
They charge your credit card beyond the number of approved automatic withdrawals. For example, you pay for a 6-month workshop with a monthly withdrawal plan and they claim you sign up for a yearly membership and they keep charging your card after the six approved payments. This is not spelled out when you sign up and they have not been able to provide an explanation for their practice even when asked repeatedly.
