Thank you so much for this 💛 We put an incredible amount of care into sourcing quality ingredients and making sure the chews are something dogs genuinely love — so hearing both of those called out means a lot to us. And thank you for your patience and kindness when we’ve been behind on orders. We’re a small team doing our absolute best, and it truly means everything to be met with understanding instead of frustration. So grateful to have you and your pup as part of the TRATEZ family 🐾💛

Luna’s story just melted my heart 💛 Rescue pups so often come with sensitive skin and rough starts, and I know how discouraging it can be when you try supplement after supplement with no real change. Hearing that after just one month on TRATEZ she’s itch-free, has zero hot spots, and her skin and coat are looking great is everything we hope for. Thank you for giving her the care and patience she deserves — and for trusting us along the way. Knowing you’ll “never change” means more to us than you know. Please give Luna a big hug from me 🐾💛

Thank you so much for sharing this — I know how scary and heartbreaking it is to watch your dog go through something like that 💔 Seeing anxiety, hair loss, and self-soothing behaviors after a strong medication can leave you feeling helpless, especially when you’ve already tried other supplements with zero results. I’m so glad you trusted your gut one more time and gave TRATEZ a shot. Hearing that just 6 weeks in his skin looks healthier, his coat is soft again, and he’s back to looking like his handsome self means everything to us 🥹🐶 Thank you for the kind words about our customer service too — we truly care about every dog and every dog parent who comes to us. We’re so grateful to be part of your pup’s healing journey 💛

Thank you so much for sharing this — I can feel how much you care about your boy 💛 It’s incredibly frustrating (and expensive 😔) when vet treatments not only don’t help, but actually seem to make things worse. The fact that you stayed up researching, trusted your instincts, and gave TRATEZ a chance says everything about the kind of dog parent you are. Hearing that in just 3 weeks you’re already seeing big changes — better coat color, more energy, improved appetite — is amazing. And the picky-eater win?! Huge 🙌🐶 I’m so excited for you to see what the next month brings. Thank you for trusting us and for such kind words — they truly mean the world to our small team. Give your pompsky a big hug from me 💛🐾

Thank you so much for sharing this — I know how exhausting it is to feel like you’ve tried everything and are still searching for real relief 💛 I love that you’re already noticing a difference with TRATEZ, even while using other remedies. Many dog parents ease things out slowly, exactly like you’re doing, and it’s such a thoughtful, responsible way to support your pup. Hearing that we’ve given you hope truly means more than you know. We’re so grateful you found us and trusted our small business with something so important. Please give your dog a gentle hug from me — we’re cheering you both on 🐶💛

That’s a great start already 💛 The fact that she likes them is honestly half the battle — especially with picky pups 😄🐶 It’s still early, but you’re doing the right thing by giving it time and staying consistent. We’re so glad you’re giving TRATEZ a try, and we can’t wait for you to see how she does over the next few weeks. Thank you for trusting us 💛
