Took $140 for an assignment which they didn’t deliver by the due date because bye expert was “not reverting” or “having issues uploading”. Finally the assignment was submitted after being delayed by like 6 hours and it is one of the worst written assignments I have ever seen. Like a 9th grader wrote it. I was told I would be compensated for the delay numerous time and then we I asked for a partial refund they said they can’t issue a refund but can offer a discount for next time... like I’m going to use to you.

SCAMMERS!! PLEASE BE AWARE..I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.THEY STOLE MY TIME AND MONEY FOR COUPLE ASSINGNMENT AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME..I AM TRYING TO GET MONEY VIA PAYPAL ,THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.

No Communication, when you call the number, it rings, you're put on hold, and then disconnects. All emails have gone unanswered. They've been taking money from me for seven months and I have never used their service. They claimed my card number was needed to verify my identity because i signed up to be a tutor. I've been unable to get anyone to return my calls or respond in any way. I'm about to file a complaint with the FTC and then my attorney for fraud and theft. I never authorized them to take money from my account. Only to put money into it for tutoring. Im very aggravated by their lack of care.

Frauds, no service, don't even return money

what I said. nothing is safe. I did not use their service but u charged me as a recurring payment which I never know it. one day, I noticed this charge and check all transactions from this website. so do not use this website, do not register this website, I did not know why they charged me, I think if you register on this website then you will be charged even though u did not ask any questions, and after you register an account then you will pay a monthly fee and if you want an answer from them, u need to pay an extra fee to gen answer, not the only registration fee. they steal your information too, I never told them my PayPal, but they know my PayPal and charged me from my PayPal, be careful everyone, do not use this website.

The answers that I had received from them regarding my schoolwork were very shady and made me freak out. The so-called "Tutor" could not give the right answers and gave some answers that are not related to my question thinking she could get away with it. I don't recommend this "service" at all. The only good thing is that they issued a refund after I complained.

the worse website ever seen. They did not provide me answer and in return, they uploaded me a fake wrong file as final report. they will not refund your money at all and no one answer u. Honestly, they just want to steal your money.

They charge my card under "trasnweb". They can't even spell. Complete Scam. Incorrect answers and they won't cancel my subscription. For the past 6 months, I have tried to cancel and they give me the runaround.
