very poor experience, worst than ever

SCAM ALERT! Terrible solutions, horrible customer care.

Robbers. Fails u no refund. Terrible solutions don't waste your time

Sign up requires monthly auto-renew to active with no way to turn it off unless you cancel the subscription. Upon canceling the subscription you loose access immediately. I.e. I paid 25$ for a 30 day subscription, cancelled the subscription immediately prevent auto-renewal next month, immediately lost access to paid subscription content. Contacted their customer support explaining that I am suppose to have access for the next 30 days, they pointed to the term & conditions said once a subscription is cancelled your access is revoked immediately. Huge scam and in violation of several consumer rights laws.

They faked having an answer ready, took a payment, despite having a week with free subscription. Total scam.

This is a fraud company. Don't join this company as a tutor or student. Be aware of this site.

It is unfortunate that Transtutors, a platform that was designed to offer support to students and tutors, has proven to be anything but not loyal to its users. From my own experience, I have found the company to be unreliable, unsupportive and uncooperative. The lack of loyalty towards its participants has been evident since my first session with Transtutors. I had expected a platform that would offer comprehensive support, but was instead met with subpar customer service and an unresponsive platform. The company’s policies and procedures were never clearly explained, leaving its users to be in the dark about their rights and responsibilities. The unresponsiveness of the platform added to the problem. I struggled to get in contact with a customer service representative who could answer my questions and concerns. I was met with lengthy waiting times or no response at all, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. The company’s lack of loyalty was also apparent when it came to the payment structure. I had signed up for a considerable payment to serve as a tutor, but the company failed to deliver on the payment that was agreed upon. The company failed to abide by the terms of agreement and even refused to provide evidence of their violation. The payment system employed by Transtutors had also posed numerous problems. The system was disorganized and complex, making it frustrating for tutors and students to keep track of payments and charges. Furthermore, the lack of transparency meant that there was no way to ensure that the payment that had been agreed upon was actually going through. Finally, the company's lack of loyalty to its users was exhibited when it came to the safety of its participants. They stated that their platform was secure, however, the structure and policies indicated otherwise. For example, there was a lack of verification for users, leaving tutors and students vulnerable to the possibility of fraud. Overall, my experience with Transtutors has been anything but satisfactory. The company has failed to be loyal to its participants, offering nothing but a poor customer service and unresponsive platform. The payment structure has been disorganized, leaving tutors and students vulnerable to potential fraud. Furthermore, the lack of security measures has made users of the platform vulnerable to potential danger. In light of this, it is no wonder why Transtutors has far less users than other platforms offering similar services.

I requested many assignments on this platform; unless your assignment is short and can be done within one week, you will have an issue regarding delivering on time and delivering the correct assignment. They will start lying and wasting your time and even if the assignment is incomplete or incorrect, they won't refund you. I have a pending order with them, and they failed to deliver it as requested. I requested a cancellation and a refund, and they agreed to cancel but refused to refund me the amount. I will post an update about the status my order.
