From start to finish, Precious Thompson put me at ease with a soothing manner in which she seamlessly answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. Thanks Precious for your tireless attention to my Subaru’s delivery.

I’m so grateful for Valery. I needed my car shipped from WA to MD and I was initially very overwhelmed by all of the options and prices that varied so much. Valery was very patient with me and explained how car shipment worked before suggesting that I book with them to save a spot, unlike what a lot of other companies did. She established trust, and made me feel that I was heard. She was very responsive throughout the process, and was quick to help out. Overall, it was a great experience working with her and she represents the company well. My car was picked up on time and shipped with no damage sustained. It did arrive 2 days later than the estimated date, but with it having had traveled across the country I was not upset about it.
