Overall satisfied with services. Car reached on time without a scratch. Ryan got a good carrier for me. Driver contacted before pickup and delivery of vehicle.

Really good communication and car arrived in perfect condition, on time delivery. Jack was communicative every step of the way. Unfortunately the truck company they found charged me double the initial rate I was quoted because the route had a lack of drivers around that time of year. If it weren’t for that situation I would give the overall service 5 stars.

Valery did a great job getting my car to the right destination. I’ll have her suggest the driver put in a bit more effort to make it a bit more convenient for the customer.

They delivered as promised and was flexible with me when I had to adjust my schedule for shipping!

I just shipped my new Mercedes-Benz GLS 600 from Albuquerque New Mexico to Fullerton California,Excellent service, reasonable price and timely delivery, but Driver should wear clean gloves and avoid putting black handprints on my white leather seat and driver's side door. It took me some time to clean them. If no this issue, I will give a 5 star review .

I recently had my car transported from GA to IN. Ryan helped me and stayed in touch with me for about a month until I finally choose a date to have my car picked he was really helpful. It was picked up on the day the I expected and delivered the next day without any problems. The driver name was Mike he was a super nice guy which I appreciated. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was quoted one price and once I agreed to the pick up day the price was increased $175 more than the original quote. Which to be the game transport companies play. Get the business and up the price. I just people could be more transparent and truthful when doing business. Other than that I was satisfied with the service provided.

My truck broke down in Troy Ohio and I was unable to get it back to Mississippi so I went online to see if anyone could help me with getting my truck home and this transport service came through for me they did a great job.

Valery was extremely helpful and persistent in ensuring my car was picked up. I was working with other companies with the same carrier network who were very slow to get back to me and not proactive at finding me someone in my price range. When she found me someone she lowered the finding fee so it would be in my budget.
