Was getting prices and Jack continued to tell me that the prices i got from several other companies were all liars. Then continued to text me. I sent him 3 quotes and i felt it was rude to try scare tactics like they are all scammers.for car transport

This company is one of the worst I have dealt with scammers quoted a car ship price and date of pick up paperwork completed then day of pick up said they couldn’t find a driver for the quote they gave us . So now we are here with the car not moved and they have put it in National data base with price almost double quoted . STAY AWAY at all cost scammers !

Quoted me at one price and then the day of pick up tried to raise the price by 700$ then after denying to pay the additional fee blocked my calls and never responded by to my voicemails or text if was possible would give half a star I do not recommend there services to anyone

Horrible experience. My car was cleaned out when I received it down to the quarters in the coin tray. I will definitely not be working with them again and I recommend the same for anyone else.

Horrible experience. Ryan Walker sent our contract over and we signed it on Monday 3/15 and sent it back. You would think that if you sign a contract for a price of $1050 that is the price that you are paying for the service. We did not hear back from Ryan so we reached out on Friday 3/19 and all of the sudden Ryan tells us the price has gone up to $1495. Nobody at this company speaks clear english. They claim to be in Delaware USA. Not sure which city because when I asked which city in Delaware they were in they could not tell me. I asked what the weather was like in Delaware and they gave me a vague answer. Bottom line is DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have heard horror stories about companies like them that get you into a contracted price and keep raising the rate and hold your vehicle for ransom until they get the money that they want. Before you know it you are paying $2500 and you do not get your vehicle for a month.

Bait and switch crooks. I wish I could give them a zero four and a half days before vehicle pick up the up the price 25% I will never do business with them again and I will highly recommend to my friends not to do business with them either thank you Ryan for sticking it to me you will never do that again

Bait and switch crooks. They are really Getcarrier LLC. They offer you a low quote, drag their feet then try to jam you for more money. I have filed a complaint with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I dealt with Jack Parker and Mariia Jensen....surely not their real names. If you value your time and money, this is a company best AVOIDED!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My experience with transport saver was horrendous. I was contacted by Juliet who at first it seemed like she was on top of her game. After I reserved my slot and put my credit card information I stopped hearing from her. I would call and every number I was given would go to voicemail. When I finally got in touch a couple of days later, which happened to be a Saturday, she told me that it is the weekend and she needs her rest. Mind you it was 5 PM! Can you imagine being in the customer service industry and telling a paying client that it is Saturday and you need your rest?! LOL! Never again with them
