They got the job done and my car was delivered in the condition it was originally shipped. However, I primarily went with this company based on my price estimate and delivery time, after signing a contract, which I couldn’t break with out penalty, I was told that there was a driver who could pick up and deliver my car in 2-3 days. But, it would be an extra $200 than my original quote. Edgar to receive my car I signed the amended contract, a few mins later I was told that someone else took that drive and there were no other drivers. 2 days later I received a call say that they found me a driver but it will be an $350 more than my estimated price and it would not be delivered until 5-7 days. As I said before I went with this company based on price and date. I’d say they failed in both categories.

First time using a Transport service. Valery was my liaison and helped set up the first driver. That driver didn’t work out so Valery quickly secured another driver. I guess there was something about this particular driver that Valery picked up on and cancelled him, she was no doubt looking out for me. The third attempt landed me a driver and although there were a few snags it eventually worked out and I got my vehicle. The overall experience was a 3-3.5 but Valery a solid 4.
