They suck it’s been more than 10 days and I have not yet received my car!!

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!! BAD BUSINESS!! THEY WILL UP THEIR LOW PRICE AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT AND BECAUSE OF THEM SPREADING YOU INFO ,YOU WILL GET MANY CALLS FROM OTHER COMPANIES HOPING YOU CANCEL WITH THEM AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FINDERS FEE !!! SCAMMERS !!!!

Do not give them your info. I filled out their online form and they posted the info on multiple sites and sent it to a ton of other companies. I started getting phone calls and emails non-stop for days. They don't do any work, they blast your private into, including your address, phone number, full name and specific car details hoping you'll hire somebody so they get a finders fee.

The company provides a low quote, the vehicle(s) never gets picked up - and then they tell you the quote is too low... "would you like to cancel?" So they trick you into using them and then force an upsell if you'd like to actually get the job done.

I was quoted a fee of $340 on June 11th, 2021 to ship a truck from Fresno to San Diego. I had to sign an agreement where I would be charged if I cancelled within 5 business days. The day after signing, I was contacted by an actual hauler (not a broker like Transport saver) who said he could bring it down to me for $500 the following day, and that there was no way possible that anyone could do it for less without losing money. Anyways, I had to decline his offer because I had already signed an agreement with Transport saver that I couldn't get out of for 5 business days (not calendar days). The five days came and went with no drivers. I called back the driver who said he would take it for me but he said he is now booked until the end of August. I received a text message from Monika at 3:30pm on June 28th (17 days after I contacted them) saying she had a driver for tomorrow. I texted her back saying great and gave her the phone number for the place where the truck was located. I didn't hear anything back. The next day I get a text from Monica saying that the fee was now $650 and that she was going to send me another contract to sign. I responded by asking her when he would be able to pick it up and she texted back saying the driver was no longer available.....It felt a bait and switch to sign another contract locking me me (at a higher price) with no commitment as to the pickup time. I then asked to cancel my agreement with Transport saver and asked Monica to confirm it was cancelled and she responded saying that I never signed a contract with them, so there was no agreement. I went back to my e-mails pulled up the signed contract and receipt from support saying it was received, and requested to terminate the contract immediately. Support responded saying that they would terminate the agreement. Had I not just through all the hoops I could totally see them sending me a bill for a "dry pickup". I cant be certain if they are shady or just unorganized, but the bottom line is they set expectations that they cannot meet to lock you in then are unable to perform. Monica was polite and decent via her text messages which I was in return, but being polite doesn't offset the frustration and lack of performance. Go with a higher priced direct carrier (not broker) who can guarantee a pick up time, otherwise you will be waiting forever and frustrated with the process.

Was seriously considering them but then found Matson shipped from HI to mainland for over $600 less. The woman,Monika, who I was texting with about the costs became extremely pushy and rude. When I told her I had booked for $870 as opposed to Transport Saver’s $1550, she continued to insist I was wrong and this price was impossible. I stopped answering only to be texted again by Monika. I received more texts with Monika in the following days despite letting them know I had already booked. I feel I made the best choice shipping with Matson based on my experience with Transport Service’s customer service agent,Monika

This is a hustle. They promise a low rate upfront then come back with a higher rate. If you don’t agree, try to charge a cancelation fee. Highly recommend not using them.

Completly desaster. They told me a driver was going to pick up my car and at the last minute they cancelled. I had to pay 400$ more and also they asked me to pay an uber for the driver to get my car
