Car was shipped safely by a reputable carrier. My only issue was we agreed on a price, I signed a contract at that price, and then the price increased and I had to pay the difference. I don’t think that’s good business, if customer and broker agree and the price changes the broker should pay the difference. Otherwise no complaints, good communication and like I said the car made it fine.

Worked with me on our time frame to get our vehicle delivered within a timely manner. Will use again.

Overall, I had a good experience with this company as they were able to get me a driver within 2 days after switching from a different carrier who had me waiting for delivery for over a week with no reasonable offers in the price range they quoted. The reason why I wouldn't give the full 5 stars is because I did not anticipate having to pay cash for the vehicle upon delivery to the driver. I thought the service was that you pay your complete amount to this broker, and then they would pay the drivers directly. I understand that in the contract they mention that a deposit is taken after delivery is set up and that final payment would be due upon receipt. That makes perfect sense. However, no one took the time during the process to explain to me this simple fact that, in reality, the cash on demand is paid to the driver and not the broker. Additionally, although the contract mentions for cash on demand/delivery a credit card could be charged a 4% service fee. In reality, since you are paying the drivers, I believe the customers hiring the broker should be told up front that using a card upon delivery may not be an option. So in short to save everyone the time, headache, and hassle, make sure to ask your broker how the payment upon receipt of the vehicle will be handled.

Valery was very helpful and professional. After a horrible experience with another company, I’m so glad I chose transport saver. My car arrived from MI to TX in great condition in a timely matter. The driver was also very professional and courteous as well. THANKS.
