Transport Luxury AutoReviews of transportluxuryauto.com

I was so satisfied with the service. Whoever I spoke to was so helpful amd kind.

I have never dealt with an auto transportation company before. My daughter's new car was rear ended in Conn. on her way back to VA and she had to leave the car for several weeks to be repaired. Alex at Transportation Luxury did a great job of coordinating the pick up of the car when it was repaired and delivering it to Richmond VA. He was very professional and lowered my anxiety level in getting the car back. If I am ever in need of auto transportation services again, Alex will be the person I will call.

Our vehicle was picked up within 24 hours of paying the deposit. The driver called me with a 2 hour warning of arrival. They loaded the car and delivered it 2 days earlier than expected. Since it was earlier than planned, the driver did give me a 6 hour warning to say he's ahead of schedule. The car arrived in perfect condition. Their rate may be slightly higher than other companies, but its worth it for the great, timely services I received. Alex B is very easy to get a hold of and the driver also gave his number for any possible questions during the transport. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation on recommending them to anyone else looking for auto transport.

superb service! Got what I needed right away on short notice.

Best site ever! Totally helpful!

Excellent service, on time (both ends), perfect haul with no issues.

Having a special car shipped 2500 miles with no personal control can be a stressful thing. These folks have demonstrated that they are trustworthy. They inspected the car before delivery and noted things that the dealer didn't see. I see that as a good thing from the customer point of view. They provided progress call information daily, to keep me informed. They delivered the car right as they said they would. They were very careful in the handling of the car getting it off of the covered trailer. All in all I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them or use them again if the need arises. Good on ya--- Bruce B.

I would recommend Transport Luxury Auto, for anyone needing a car transport service. Great customer service! The customer service contact was amazing with Jackie. He was extremely helpful and explained the process clearly. Overall, my experience was excellent!
