Transport Luxury AutoReviews of transportluxuryauto.com

I thought this would be a complicated experience shipping my car, after speaking with Rachel at Transport Luxury I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it. From quote to delivery everything was explained to the last detail . Will be using them for my return trip in the spring.

The biggest complaint I had was to contact person I interacted with was only a middle person who sub-contracted my transport. I had to paid the contact person and the driving company. But dispite this, my vehicle arrived within 24 hrs. after pick-up.

Moving from NJ to Texas and needed to move 2 cars. Did extensive research on multiple companies and after reading many reviews about Transport Luxury Auto, decided to go with them. I am so glad I made this choice; Eric made it simple thru out the process, always giving up-to-date status. The icing on the cake was how fast they delivered the cars. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about transporting their vehicles.

Shipped my car and was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be using them again.

Upon beginning the process to find a transport company, I called at least 8 companies. Became annoyed by the constant automated follow up calls from numerous companies. Alex, from Luxury, never nagged me, was most helpful in defining the process, explained the timeline, and monitored once I chose his company to pick up the car. I had a delay in originally picking up my car due to issues on the port, but Alex worked details out with the dealer. The driver, Goce, was also professional... Called to update me of his location, spent quality time with me after the unloading to make sure everything was perfect on my car.

I needed a car transported very last minute, I called Transport Luxury Auto and they took care of everything from A-Z. I spoke with Alex he was very courteous and was easy to explain how the process would be. Just as he promised the car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. I would definitely use them again!!

My son is living in the state of California and I live in Pennsylvania, thousands of miles away. I needed to find a company to transport his car a couple hours away from where he was. I went online and put in for a quote and I received a call back from a gentleman named Eric. He was courteous and kind, and that is why I went with the company. I had to make a couple changes in between from the time I set up the transport til the time the car was transported. I have to say Eric was excellent. He helped me along the way with everything. I will forever be grateful. I would recommend Transport again, but would tell people to ask for Eric. He made it so simple and easy for our family. Thank you Transport!!!!

I blindly contacted Transport Luxury Auto from a top 10 list of transported on Google. Alex was assigned as my representative. He was a great communicator initially walking me through the process and throughout entire transport process from beginning until after the time my car was delivered. The driver he assigned to ship my car was very friendly and provided me with his cell phone number to coordinate the specifics of the pick up and delivery of my vehicle that was moved from Massachusetts to Chicago. Alex and the shipping company seemed to have a seamless and stress free process for me as a client. I would recommend Transport Luxury Auto to anyone who is skeptical about transporting a vehicle, rest assured this group will help you and take the stress and reluctance anyone might have in transporting a car.
