Customer service
This was a very stressful time for me . And Shane help me . He called to make sure I received my car. He also remember that I asked to use a different credit card. But I decided to pay in cash .He said thank you and hung up. He called back and realize I paid more then I was suppose too. He said he will credit my money back on my card. I appreciate his honesty. Just moving from one state to another can be stressful .
