Under Dosed and Over Priced
Made an order after taking their "online test" paid for a month of Tesamorelin. When they filled the script I noticed they are only sending a very under dosed amount. The site was easy to navigate but it doesn't tell you anywhere how much you are paying for other than a "month" worth. With their dosing, you're really getting a week- to a week and a half worth of product. Still trying to cancel my subscription, but there's no easy way to cancel like it was to order. Waiting on their customer service team to respond for cancellation, and why they provide such an under dosed product. Under dosing, while charging the same high pricing, and hiding under "safety" Seems to be a great way to increase profits and take whatever you can from customers.

Hi Austin, Thank you for the review. We want to clarify a few points. Your subscription was canceled the day after you requested it, in less than 12 hours, with no back-and-forth. Dosing is set by our physicians based on the information you provided in your intake form. The 2 mg daily amount you referenced is the FDA-approved dose for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It is not the dose our physicians typically use for general health and longevity. Our doctors make the clinical decision on what is appropriate for each patient. We do not follow unofficial protocols from non-clinicians. Our priority is patient safety. That means we will not always match the dose a customer expects if it does not align with the physician’s judgment. We’re glad the cancellation was handled quickly and are happy to answer any other questions.
