I have been buying from Transparent Labs for many years and continue to be impressed with their products and service. They have given me advice on which products to try and my favorites are Hydrate, Bulk, Lean. Stim-Free is surprisingly effective given there are no stimulants in it, but I prefer Bulk for weight training and Lean for aerobics. Hydrate helped get me off sugar since I was using sugar sports drinks for hydration before. I see a few complaints about shipping issues and I don't think it is all fair when they do not drive the items to your house. UPS has messed up many times, most recently with a Mac mini from Costco, but I don't blame Costco for it.

Been a customer of Transparent Labs for over three years now and my experience with the company has always been very positive, so I'm surprised to read others are having trouble. It's possible TL is going through a cycle of rapid growth as a company with corresponding higher demand for customer service support. For the first time in December 2024, I received a delayed answer but it was a minor issue and customer service was able to fully resolve it the first time. I've never experienced excessively delayed or lost shipments and the protein products are the best I've had, after trying *many*. TL stands behind their products too, as I tried a new flavored protein powder that I simply couldn't tolerate and after contacting customer service, TL gave me store credit for the purchase price, and instead of my having to hassle around with a return, I was able to donate it to a fellow gym goer. In short, great company, supportive customer service, excellent policies and outstanding products. Highly recommended

My subscription didnt pause for whatever reason and reordered and charged me. I emailed the supprt team and the next morning they got back to me, tried to cancel byt coukdnt and offered me a return for a full refund or a gift card on the amount. The rep was getting back to me very quickly. Very happy with the experience even though it wasn't the outcome I wanted.

These guys are exceptional. The product is nothing short of excellent every time I use it. The highest quality. And I asked to try the non-stim version of the pre workout and they sent me an entire jar for free. Customer service is truly unmatched as well. Thank you guys!

Transparent Labs products are great and the results are far from Transparent. Their mass gainer is the best tasting I've had and blends well. All of they're products are phenomenal. Shipping could be better at times, but during this time of year it's to be expected. Clean ingredients make for optimal results!
