I loved that when I ordered my first protein powder, I was sent a sample pack of different flavors. Definitely helped to choose my next product. When I had a question about one of my products, customer service went above and beyond to get a new product for me. I don’t know how big or small Transparent Labs is, but they act like a small company treating every customer like their opinions and needs are valid and heard. This past week has been filled with customer service nightmares and battles with insurance agencies and other businesses. It was such a surprise and a breath of fresh air that Transparent accommodated my request immediately, going above and beyond my original request. Very appreciative of a quality, healthy product and a company with caring, excellent customer service!

The people that I have dealt with at Transparent Labs are all very easy to chat with, when I have questions their response is quick & helpful, everyone is extremely knowledgeable about their product & informative. I’ve been a consumer since 2020, loved the products then & love them now. Recently faced an issue with some creatine (purchased at another grocery store) & the support team was prompt & offered multiple options to correct the issue. Transparent Labs, thank you.
