Customer service went above and beyond and was able to help me out with a subscription! Been using their products for years and happy!

Missing Items
Update: Transparent Labs responded and made everything right. I’ll definitely order again now. Ordered 4 items. They shorted me a frother and a whey protein. The packing slip said it was all there. Left a voicemail and email with all details with photos. They are non responsive.

After reviewing your order, it does appear that the frother and whey protein were missed during fulfillment, even though the packing slip showed the full order. This was an internal pick/pack error and definitely not the standard we aim for. We have issued a full refund for your order and have also shipped the missing items, plus a little extra, via FedEx Priority. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right.

So far so excellent!
Just started trying TL for our protein powder needs and. This far they’ve been great. Excellent customer service and the flavors we’ve tried have all been the right side of tasty but not too sweet.

Terrific outputs within 2 months of taken
I am a beginner and is a consumer for the first time. I was wary of the fact whether it would suit me since something's are very sensitive. I researched the whole market and the plethora of whey powders available for cheap in the Canadian market. However, I chose to buy the isolate from Transparent Labs, since they commit what they guarantee, everything is transparent on their website. It is smooth, tasty and blends within blood in an hour of being taken. I would really recommend it. Slightly higher on the pocket, however, it is really worth it. Their customer service is very professional and understanding as well.

Found my Brand in 2026
Been looking for a brand I can trust and that is transparent with the results AND testing regularly. That is important to me, followed by quality ingredients, good labeling, and the taste is all good. Well formulated sups for other things than just proteins.
