An okay program
The ITN CTNC program presents students with a lot of information and the breadth of study is very great, but the depth is not. The way information is presented is very dry and sometimes it feels like too much info that I don't know how to integrate and other times it feels like not enough information, like we're just breezing over concepts. The business incubator videos, the facebook lives, and the associate teacher videos are all really good, it's just the bulk of the course information that I think could be presented in a more lively and interesting way. Overall, it gives a great overview of various aspects of health, so for someone just starting out it might be a good option, but I was doing my own studying and research for a year and a half before joining the program and I think reading published books and listening to podcasts about health by researchers, scientists, and healthcare professionals will give a more in depth picture of the human body and the practical ways to achieve and maintain health.
