I absolutely LOVED my experience at ITN! The team were so helpful and I always got a speedy response anytime I reached out. The live coaching labs were great for making me feel confident working with clients. They did coaching demos, allowed us to practice with each other, and made us all feel ready. But the standout area of this program was their business training. I followed their blueprint step by step and then used their health coach in a box. Literally everything I needed was there. It took me a few months (my coaching buddy did it in half the time) because I have 2 young kids but it works! I got 3 clients after I launched my website and now I'm taking clients regularly to fill my time when my kids are at school. I'm so happy I chose ITN!

ITN does such a great job of blending structure with support. The curriculum is clear and approachable, and the live sessions add so much value. They really make everything feel more interactive and engaging. The support team is really responsive, which makes the whole experience even smoother. ITN is the best! I was able to easily fill my schedule and begin coaching clients as a CTNC. They taught me how to create my personal signature system and specialize in the things that I was passionate about! I'm so grateful I can work from home now... making 10K a month doing what I love and helping others. Life-changing!

Great program! I loved that the program was self-paced and accredited as a post-secondary program as well as by various nutrition organizations. This gave me peace of mind knowing that my program was trusted and respected. I also loved that the program was holistic addressing spirituality, psychology, nutrition, and social determinants of health. It really stands apart from other programs in that regard. Highly recommend!

ITN doesn't just teach you the science behind being healthy and living a full life...they give you the what and the why and the how. More than that, they teach you as a coach to go beyond just the surface level health coaching ideas of losing weight and eating right. They actually talk about your entire body -- the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. So I know that instead of just solving the surface-level problems people have, I can dig deep and give them real hope that makes real changes happen. Beyond that, I love Cynthia and the whole ITN community that comes together to help you in EVERY part of coaching, from the very beginning when you're learning how to be a coach to how to actually go out and get clients when you're done with the course. And finally (as if all that wasn't enough!), I love how ITN is continually listening to their student and graduate community's insight on what they need -- and then giving those improvements based on the student/graduate needs!

Great place to get your foot in the door when it comes to being a Health Coach. Though after taking the course I feel I need to get some higher level education to make an impact. Though I loved the course, it had so much good information and I like the way it was presented, and the fact that it was self paced!

The 5 components ROCK I love the different components to the course. It makes this very unique and different. Different is only good though if it is meaningful and this course offers tons of meaning anyone can share with friends, family, and clients about health. The majority of people are not thinking about their past attachments or mental struggles when it comes to optimal nutrition. When it is explained to them, they begin to see how psychology is intertwined. Super important! I think it would be helpful to have more health scenarios in the lessons where we are walking through someones current health and past. For example, if someone tells me they have high blood pressure, "what should I eat?" I know there are other factors to take into consideration but I wouldn't be able to start rattling off foods. I would just make general recommendations like shooting for whole foods, ask about how much movement they are getting, limit fruit and other blood spiking foods, and do this slowly as part of a transition to lower blood sugar.
