Based on my experience my advice is - BEWARE OF TRANGO TECH. I signed a contract with Trango Tech in October 2024 to build an app for me. The app was contractually supposed to be completed in 90–100 business days, but realistically should have been finished by July 2025. It’s now December 2025, and it has been 14 very frustrating months, and my app still isn’t finished (despite 40! TestFlight versions). Yesterday (11th December 2025), they informed me they are canceling our contract (by reasoning that is not valid under our contract) and will not be completing my app (despite my repeated requests to complete my app) due to project complexity, duration (items that should have been done in a day or week weren’t done for months with many delays and countless missed deadlines, and the work, in my experience, contained many errors and inconsistencies, which I repeatedly reported), and repeated review cycles (as a client, I had to review countless errors repeatedly, which should have been quality-checked by them). The reality is they failed to complete my app, the work was not performed to the required standard, and there were countless delays and repeated missed deadlines over many months. They have severely damaged my business and caused me to lose income and now I have no viable app, despite also spending a significant amount on legitimate business costs such as trademarking and legal fees. I have repeatedly asked to engage in discussions for reasonable compensation for my losses. I did not receive a reply to my formal letters of demand for months. Trango Tech also have/had misleading and deceptive material on their website including apparent fake reviews (one of their review photos is a stock photo on Freepix), an office in Melbourne, companies they haven’t worked with (Bunnings, K Mart, Big W, Suncorp Bank, Qantas etc), and many offices across the USA that appear misleading or unverified (staff members verbally told me they were physically located in San Jose and Chicago). It appears they are largely based in Pakistan, despite claims of numerous offices across the USA and Melbourne, and the use of USA phone numbers. They are refusing to provide me with a refund which I am legally entitled to under our contract. They also stated they will withhold my code/ I.P. if I engage in legal proceedings which is not in accordance with our contract and unlawful. They are withholding my IP unlawfully and keep repeatedly asking me to sign a project closure/settlement document which is not required or needed to provide my Intellectual Property. I have repeatedly stated I will not sign this and asked them not ask me again but they keep repeatedly asking me to sign this closure/settlement document. They also keep repeating justifications for not providing my refund that are both invalid and irrelevant under our contract. The staff members I have dealt with are Obaid Chawla (who claimed to be based in Salt Lake City when we signed our contract), Shaharyar (Sha) Rehman, Danish Paul (who admitted to using a USA phone number even though he was in Pakistan - and claimed this was because he travelled between Pakistan and USA and that this is common in the industry), Andrew Smith, Kamran Anjum, and Elliot Mason (both Andrew and Elliot claimed to live in Chicago and work at Sangam on St 215 floor 3, Chicago). I also phoned the phone number Trango Tech list on Trustpilot in December 2025 and the person I spoke to stated he was in Trango Tech’s San Jose office along with 30 other Trango Tech employees. Based on my experience, my advice is do not engage with Trango Tech!! If you have had a similar experience, consider reporting it to the relevant authorities such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) (noting Trango Tech currently have an “F” rating by the BBB), consumer authorities in your state etc. Also based on my personal experience with Trango Tech and noticing several other 1-star reviews, I find the pattern of 5-star reviews of Trango Tech on Trustpilot and other review platforms to be highly suspicious! There are currently 9 seperate 1 star reviews of Trango Tech on Trustpilot all reporting Trango Tech did not deliver, produced low quality and incomplete work, engaged in unethical business tactics, and/or are highly suspicious or worse.

ThrillPay hired Trango Tech to develop a custom fintech app, believing we were working with a professional team. What we received was an unfinished, botched product accompanied by unethical business practices. Here are the key issues we experienced: 1. Breach of Contract: Trango Tech failed to honor agreed-upon discounts for app enhancements and blocked outsourced work for additional features. 2. Botched Public Launch: Despite warnings, they prematurely released an incomplete, untested app, damaging our brand, credibility, and finances. 3. Failure to Resolve Issues: After the disastrous launch, Trango Tech made no attempts to fix the app or provide the source code, trapping us in the project. 4. Predatory Behavior: They attempted to extort us by withholding the removal of the unfinished app unless we signed a legal release waiving our rights to seek legal recourse. Trango Tech’s actions cost ThrillPay significant financial loss, reputational damage, and unnecessary stress. Their lack of integrity, accountability, and competence makes them a risky choice for any business seeking professional services. ThrillPay has completely parted ways with Trango Tech and successfully re-released our app with the support of new, reliable partners. We are determined to pursue appropriate actions against Trango Tech and, with your support, hope to shed light on predatory practices within the software development industry. By raising awareness, we can help protect others from questionable dealings, especially with companies that are difficult to differentiate from imposter firms posing as American businesses. It’s worth noting that while Trango Tech's upfront sales team appeared U.S. based (a preference that reeled us in), all of the project managers, handlers and developers we dealt with after signing the Statement of Work (S.O.W.) were all suddenly foreign based. Our initial contacts were professional and persuasive, so we chose Trango Tech to avoid previous experiences such as the egregious business tort that we faced dealing with a foreign software developer company based out of Pakistan. In our experience and opinion, foreign companies were problematic for our business. Unfortunately, this project led to similar issues with Trango Tech, which only reinforces the need for thorough vetting when selecting software partners. My project manager during the development process with Trango Tech was named "Rida Ashfaq." Unfortunately, I found the experience of working with her to be extremely challenging and frustrating due to her approach in guiding the project. According to her incomplete LinkedIn profile, she lists herself as the VP of the company, though I cannot confirm the accuracy of that information. When asked to confirm her role in the company, Trango Tech went completely silent and would not give an answer. Additionally, I recently discovered that the CEO of Trango Tech is someone named "Asadullah Khan," which has added another layer of concern and anxiety to this entire experience, despite the company's headquarters on paper being listed in San Jose, CA. We hope our experience serves as a cautionary tale to others! **Update:** TrangoTech’s entire response is false. Dishonesty is something we now expect from them. TrangoTech *did not* complete the project to the agreed-upon scope. They cannot produce a sign-off from us on the project or any written approval to publicly launch the app—because none exists. If you attempt to download the botched ThrillPay app from digital stores, you’ll find it's completely non-functional, proving our point. TrangoTech was content leaving the app up in its broken state. We will be publicly releasing all evidence on our ThrillPay Legal site as proof. All development and design deliverables were *only offered* under the condition that we agreed to sign release forms, waive our legal rights, and sign off on the project as complete, which we refused to do. TrangoTech’s single response to our lawyer was not to provide solutions or deliverables—but simply excuses and release forms to absolve them of liability. Despite their claims, clear quotes for additional enhancements were never provided, as proven by documented emails we plan to release. TrangoTech has also retained *all* the money we paid and shown no intention of ever delivering a functional product. No effort to complete the app was made—the app still does not allow basic OTP verifications, and they failed to access necessary accounts to make progress for over a month. We have already contacted multiple government agencies, including the California State Attorney General’s Office, and will be pursuing this matter to the fullest extent of the law.

This is a scam enterprise and my company is a victim. the have fake offices around the USA use fake US google number and do not have verifiable presence in USA as claimed on there website so do not be the next victim. the use difference login to write all good stuff on their reviews to deceive the public.

I am beyond frustrated and feel utterly scammed by Trangotech.com. A year ago, I trusted them to develop an application for me and paid a substantial amount—$30,000 upfront and got scammed. It’s been nothing but a nightmare since and a total scam. After countless delays and broken promises, they still have not delivered the application as agreed. To make matters worse, they keep demanding more money, claiming it’s necessary for deployment or to release the source code. I feel completely held hostage by their tactics, as they have not honored the original terms of our agreement. Arsalan Ahmed, Chief Strategy Officer at Eplanet Global a subsidiary of Trango Tech and Shaharyar (Sha) Rehman the second in command are both liars and scammers. They have trained people to scam clients for money with the promise of development service which never happens. Arsalan Ahmed seems to know about these practices but dose not pay much attention as the driving force of this company is $$$. After some research I found the following companies, all linking back to Eplanet Global hence they are a much bigger scam organization then I realized. I feel sorry for the CEO Asad Ullah Khan who either knows and pretends he doesn’t but he should look into this. olivedigital.com eplanetglobal.com trangotech.com Communication has been poor, deadlines ignored, and excuses endless. I’ve given them every opportunity to resolve this professionally, but it’s clear they are either incompetent or operating with malicious intent. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Trangotech.com. I regret trusting them with my project and strongly advise others to avoid falling into the same trap.

I have had the worst experience with Trangotech. I needed my mobile app updated with new features and screens. After 5 months of stalling, they never delivered anything. I requested a refund for their lack of delivery and they declined my request. I requested to speak to a manager several times and they never responded with a contact. I do not recommend this company and terrible business tactics.

I hired this company for a phone app project and they couldn’t deliver the project properly after one year of working on it. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I paid this company over $30,000 and never received my application for Apple and Google play store. Be very careful before paying this company. It’s been over one year.
