TrainingPeaks is stealing my money. I said I wanted a refund right after my account automatically renewed yet they refused to refund me.

Doesn`t synchronize with Garmin connect correctly and without paying monthly as well after purchasing the plan, you are not even able to move your training. I would not recommend it at all....

Forced to have TrainingPeaks due to my coach. EVERY time you open the app, you have to at least click twice that you don’t want the premium version. This is beyond annoying. I have to click through it several times before I can see my training plan. At the beginning I was thinking about getting the pro version, now just out of principle, I will never get it. Also, depending on iOS or Android, the free version has different features. On my Android, I got notifications when my training plan was added. In the iOS, it is not a free tool. Inconsistent.

At the recommendation of my coach I signed up for free version. During first week I was offered 7 day free trial with 20% discount. I accepted the 7 day trial and was sent an invoice for A$108 (showing A$10gst to be paid), paid by credit card and the fee was $179. I complained and was told it was exchange rates. I asked for refund under 7 day trial and was ignored. Asked for my complaint to be escalated and was ignored. I haven't even tried to use it as Im so upset, and will never go around again with this company.My coach was horrified. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOT

I was charged twice for an annual subscription due to a misleading UI that indicated I wasn’t yet subscribed. I didn’t catch the issue immediately, and when I raised it customer service refused to reverse it, citing policy rather than acknowledging their design flaw. I had been a satisfied user, but this experience highlighted lack of accountability and suspect ethics. I won’t be returning and have recommended Final Surge and Today's Plan to all my teams - similar product, better service.

Trainingpeaks has a horrible servicedepartment. TP offers a discount for black friday but makes the payment not possible. "Problem with my bank" (rated one of the best in Europe), TP replies on my cry for help.TP is a Terrible Company. Blaming others for their own incompetence....

total ripoff. They claim that you can import .fit workouts from garmin but nothing works. You have to manualy enter every single workout into your plan. TOAL GARBAGE WILL BE FILING A CHARGEBACK FOR NOT AS DESCRIBED
