Paid account with restrictions because I lost weight
Good platform, responsive support, but the Performance Verification system needs work. I corrected my weight in my profile to an accurate figure, and separately had a strong ride the same week. Together those triggered an automated racing timeout: a month locked out of verified competitive events. Nothing in the app warned me that editing a biometric field could cost me a month of racing, and no human reviewed the flag before it was applied. A confirmation prompt at the point of editing would prevent this entirely. Support replied the same day, twice, which I'll happily credit. I was told I could expedite the timeout by completing a Full Critical Power Test. I did it, close to an hour of maximal efforts. It changed nothing. Under an hour later, the same rep told me the flag is automatic, lasts a month regardless, and that tests simply help build a better understanding of my performance. Those two answers can't both be true, and I'd have skipped a hard session had I known. I understand why anti-cheat measures exist and I want clean racing as much as anyone does. But a system that penalises honest data correction without warning, offers a remedy that doesn't remedy anything, and provides no route to a human review is a poor experience for a paying subscriber. Add the warning prompt, and state plainly in the help article whether the CP test actually shortens the timeout.
