YogaDownload 200 hour Teacher Training Course YogaDownload was recomended to me by my yoga teacher for the 200 hour online Yoga Teaching course. I have no regrets. The course is well structured and the life long access to all the other YogaDownload videos means that I can research around any given element being taught and study at my own pace. So glad for this opportunity.

I had a great experience with Yoga Download’s 200-Hour Teacher Training. I really appreciated the balance of self-paced learning with live online sessions, which made it easy to fit into a busy schedule while still feeling supported. My mentor Emily was fantastic! She's very knowledgeable, encouraging, and was genuinely invested in my growth. Also, the program covered a wide range of topics that helped me feel well-rounded and confident as a new teacher.

I recently completed the Online Yoga Teacher Training with YogaDownload, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. The program was very interesting and well-structured, providing a great overview of the fundamental principles of yoga - from asana practice, anatomy to meditation, everything essential was included. The teachers were excellent—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly inspiring. I also appreciated having access to the yogadownload platform, which added even more value to the training. Overall, this course has been an amazing and transformative journey. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

I chose this 200-hour YTT because it was fully online. The program covered everything thoroughly with a mix of live Zoom sessions and recorded lectures with corresponding yoga classes. Its practical components and clear structure helped me start my Yoga teaching journey, and I enjoyed being able to complete modules at my own pace. I was able to get a job teaching at a local yoga studio as soon as I completed my YTT and Emily, the TT mentor, was so helpful that I felt supported and confident to take my first live class.

for me it was a journey of 1 year with alot of new knowledge and practice. the program is perfect put to gether, of course there are ways to corrupt it, but that's up to yourself. i would recommend it to everyone to deepen their yoga practice for the first step.

After many years of practicing yoga, I decided to advance my practice and take the next step to start teaching. As a long-time member of YogaDownload, I was thrilled when they offered the 200 YTT, taught by my favorite world-class instructors! I was able to complete the program at my own pace, and apply what I learned to my practice right away. Each instructor brings their own expertise and unique teaching style to this course, and the live mentor sessions were key to increasing my confidence as a teacher. Don’t hesitate, just go for it!

I enjoyed the self-paced option, so was able to carry on with regular day-to-day tasks while being able to move forward my YTT.

I’ve been practicing yoga for many years, but my focus had always been primarily physical. Signing up for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaDownload was a bit of a random decision at the time, but looking back, I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. This training opened my eyes to so many dimensions of yoga that I hadn’t explored before. It pushed me to try new styles, dive into philosophy, and step far beyond my comfort zone in the best way possible. I found myself learning not just about yoga, but about myself. The experience widened my horizons, helped me become more open-minded, and brought a deep sense of peace, presence, and awareness into my life—on and off the mat. What surprised me most is how much this journey has impacted me as a person. I truly feel like I’ve grown—not just as a yoga practitioner, but as a human being. I’m more grounded, more compassionate, and more connected to the people around me. I’m incredibly grateful for the thoughtful, well-structured content and the supportive community YogaDownload has created. I now feel inspired and motivated to keep growing, and I can’t wait for them to offer the next level training—I’ll be signing up the moment it’s available. Thank you, YogaDownload, for an experience that changed my life!
