Hi Kelli, thank you so much for your candid feedback, we really do appreciate it. I wish there was less repetition too, trust me, it is a lot of material. The state laws require us to cover every topic at least 3 times, or 3 different ways, in order to ensure the student has absorbed the material. Steve, thank you so much for your feedback! You are correct! We do have trick questions and lots of them. That is how about 20 percent of the state exam will be, they are sneaky! IN the past we had the audio s a mandatory part of the course but because of feedback from our students we made it optional, for the very reason you point out...some people like to listen to the instructor and some don't. Problem solved. I am very glad you are doing well with your courses and thank you again for the feedback!

Hello Leeann, it seems like we really let you down and I am sorry. I wish I had known about the issues you were having before you decided to quit, we could have easily recommended using a different browser which would have solved all of the technical issues you were having. If your computer is blocking the cookies and the security settings are incorrect it prevents the exam for scoring properly which gives the impression of incorrect scoring. It really is a simple as using a different browser. We have had over 40,000 students complete their courses without any difficulty at all and I wish you could have been one of them! I was a little sad to hear that you took outdated material, that is totally unacceptable. Shereen, thank you for your feedback! I agree, there is nothing more annoying than typos! It is something we constantly strive to perfect and given the nature of how fast real estate law changes, it is a wonder that we don't have more. We update our material on a daily basis and have editors and state employee's proofing all the material but things do fall through the cracks.
