I was able to access the lessons on my iphone/pad, but could not listen to the audio- The audio isn't completely necessary, but I highly prefer to have it. It works fine for my desktop. The lessons are pretty easy to follow, and the recorded instructor is pleasant to listen to. I love how once in awhile he laughs about what he's talking about- it makes the lessons on the sometimes mundane subjects, a bit more enjoyable. How the tests are given after each lesson, and the explanations to each problem given after you take the test, are really helpful to correct the things you missed. I also like how they show your percentage complete with the program as you pass the tests. There are small errors in the lessons and in the tests here and there, but nothing to get in a tizzy about. I think I may have saw a school that cost less than this one, but this one is definitely far from the most expensive, and I don't know if the other one was any good. I'm very happy with what I get for the price. Thanks Train Agents!

I find many sentence don't make since. Spelling needs some help too. So please proof read your work. I would also suggest putting in a review at the end of each section. Go over the important parts of each section before the test.

The online course is very good n helpful so far. Except the most annoying thing is the log in super slow, take a very long time to sign in almost everytime. I hope it will be fixed soon!

The program is very glitchy. If using a tablet I can't scroll inside the window. Really needs a lot more voice recorded sessions. The exams are worded to confuse. No need for that. A lot of misspelled words. Multiple places you have do instead of don't. That can make this very confusing.

Just started classes but have been inquiring about different things for months and have had great customer service. I was referred here by several people and now I see why.

So - it's repetitive, but I heard that will be helpful at the state exam. The author did not have a comprehensive editor - if any at all. There are all kinds of grammar and errors relating to first person, third person technique. Maybe it won't matter to you, but it drives me insane. I'll be glad to be done with it.
