Aside from the jumping from topic to topic, there is a disconnect between the audio and the printed material. They are often in opposition, and if it were not for the fact that I had taken this material for a previous licensing, I would have been misled by the audio. Second, there are sections, especially that in dealing with the land survey section, where the illustrations are completely erroneous. Again, I know this topic well as I have performed surveying in the field, and have been an appraiser assistant where knowing this information was critical. At this point, I am only using this to get the requisite hours in, and am not expecting to be properly educated in any manner.
