Buyer Beware!!!
A week after purchasing I was sent an email from this company (Train Agents Online Real Estate School) saying that I could not take the exams online and that I would have to find a proctor for each exam, totaling five exams. The cost of the proctors will cost a minimum of $30.00 each which will be $160.00 additional money that I will have to pay. I have tried several times to get in touch with this company through email and phone and no one will return my call or reply to my emails. I think this is false advertising and I would like a return on my money. Buyer Beware, think twice when using this company!

Thank you Wanda for the candid feedback. Almost every state in the country requires proctoring of final exams for online courses. It is their way of safeguarding against giving credit to the wrong person. We don't like it anymore than you do. I can assure you we answer the phones and return emails and I am sorry that yours wasn't, it's highly unusual. We would be more than happy to offer you a refund but since I don't have your full name here I cannot do it. Feel free to send us an email with your request, or call the office and we will take care of it for you. As an FYI, no matter what school you choose, you will be required to have your final exams proctored. Thank you.

Had Bad experience
Had trouble with course -----couldn't get past exams ( insisted i didn't answer one question when I really had) Exams are harder than most online courses Couldn't get anyone to answer my calls

Don't Waste Your Money!!
Don't Waste Your Money!! I have had nothing but problems with this company. The new tests require 100% to pass, but it won't let you put in the correct answer. So there is literally no way to pass! I sent screen shots to customer service to prove that I had put in the correct answers, at which point they just said "we will look into it in 24-48 hours". Unacceptable! I paid good money to get my Real Estate education, and now I can't even move forward until they fix this, if they even do fix it. I don't have time to waste waiting for them to fix all of the errors in their system, so I will be finishing my classes elsewhere, unless they get their S#it together soon.

Horrible Learning Experience!
Old system has numerous typos. Instructor doesn't respond. The new system is a joke. The navigation, layout and format is a maze. Basically you download the PDF and read hundreds of pages. The online module gives random quizzes on sections but you don't know which. This is a complete mess. I've lost so much learning time. I've requested a full refund. This isn't what I signed up or paid for and no one can really help. You have to email and wait and wait and wait. Valuable time lost, when I could actually be learning somewhere else!!
