Delivery driver was great! Was very nice and helped me find a suitable place to put my goods.

Terrible service. On 2/13/2023 I ordered 60 foxfire lights. I emailed asking for a status update on 5/22/2023 when I realized we hadn't received our order yet. Shannon Leal at TSW assured me that they would ship out on 5/31/23, and apologized for the delay. She also made mention that they had "just received the components to make these." Being that TSW doesn't produce Foxfire lights I assume she meant that they were backordered and would ship soon. On 5/31/2023 I emailed Shannon again asking if they had shipped out yet. Her responses are below: From: Shannon Sent: Thursday, June 1, 2023 9:51 AM To: Dereck Subject: RE: Confirmation for Order Hi Dereck, I understand your frustration. I have many orders that were waiting for this product. There’s been challenges with getting the raw materials to make these. I apologize again for the delay. Please let me know if you still want the order or if you may need to cancel. Thanks! Shannon From: Dereck Sent: Thursday, June 1, 2023 11:13 AM To: Shannon Subject: RE: Confirmation for Order # Shannon, This is ridiculous. I ordered these 5 months ago! I can understand delays, but this is outlandish. Very disappointed, Dereck From: Shannon Sent: Thursday, June 1, 2023 7:15 AM To: Dereck Subject: RE: Confirmation for Order Hi Dereck, These are scheduled to ship on Monday. So sorry for the delay. Thanks! Moral of the story, I ordered from Amazon and received my 60 lights in 2 business days. Save yourself 5 months of frustration and use someone else.

Great experience with TSS. The access ramp we ordered was as described and perfect for our needs, the price was excellent and it was delivered exceptionally quickly. Would definitely recommend TSS!

Great, as always!

Quick, efficient service and reliable delivery. We will definitely use you more in the future. Thank you!

I would have appreciated knowing that the product was being shipped directly from the supplier.
