Are you going to have Trustpilot ask me each month with a flurry of 8 emails within 7 minutes what I think of your monthly Insider's Access? I think it's a nuisance. I realize it was a glitch of some sort and hopefully will not happen again, but that's why the lousy 1 star. Your monthly memo deserves 5 stars though. I'm still subscribed after over a year so far. Thanks for the intention, no thanks for the experience with the email blitz. Al
