Best Investment I Made In 2020
I bought my first T&F product roughly 12 months ago. At the time I was working part-time in my marketing job while building up my side hustle. SIDENOTE: If you want to get a taste for the content and style of T&F, definitely consider their entry-level product offerings, joining their free Facebook group or diving into their Daily Mind Medicine podcast. In January 2020 I had the most supportive call from Jake. I'm in Australia and T&F is based in Nashville, USA. He accommodated my timezone even when it left him working later at night and on that call we were able to determine that coming on as a client was not a good fit for me - yet. The thing I love about T&F is that they're generous with their education. When we got off our call, Jake set me up with some sales & offer training to help me uplevel. FOR FREE. Over the coming months, he checked in to see how I was going - and while it may be part of their sales process, it was a positive experience as I felt like someone was actively invested in my progress. In June I joined ClientKit (CK) and it was the best investment I made this year for several reasons: - I was relying on word of mouth referrals for my next clients and knew this wasn't a reliable strategy. CK taught me how to book Discovery Calls with completely new people each and every month - ORGANICALLY. (No paid ads.) - I have made lifelong friends (worldwide) who are on a similar business journey. A complete gamechanger if you're not in a business owner household - I have consistently hit 5-figure months since joining and the best news? What I'm doing now is a LOW benchmark for where I've been shown I can scale things to - I have normalised speaking growing a business that does $25K+ months. Wherebefore I was hanging out in crowds where people were aspiring to $5K (nothing wrong with any number!), stretching my thinking to normalise $25K+ and realising how do-able it is with the right structures has been game-changing. If you're reading this and on the fence, reach out to one of their guys (or ask for a guy called Jake - he's a rockstar). Or if that feels like a big step, hang out in their online world for a moment. The people and the conversations may just blow your mind and change the trajectory of your life - as they did mine.
