la macchina in se funzionarebbe bene, ma a patto di non avere mai problemi. Invece io ho avuto problemi e molti... il servizio clienti è scadente, perfino l'azienda che garantisce il supporto ai clienti in Italia, riportata anche nel sito ufficiale, non collabora più con Traeger. Quella nuova non parla con i consumatori ma solo con distributori. per capire (forse) il problama ho dovuto chattare con gli Stati Uniti per ore. quando arriveranno i pezzi (forse) dovrò montarmeli io. sconsiglio l'acquisto.

My Traeger stoped working and wouldn’t turn on and I was on the phone with the customer service and they wouldn’t do much but get me a part even know it was under warranty they told me to go to homedepot even know they couldn’t do anything very disappointed in it if you have a warranty then Traeger should be responsible to fix it

Controller burnt out after a year. Bad design allowed the wires to fry which shorted the electronic controller. There isn’t a way to just buy parts on line. Worst purchase EVER. I’d stay away from these guys. Who doesn’t need parts from time to time? Simple web solution but I spent 20 minutes, or rather 10 minutes two different times and could not successfully order the controller I wanted/needed. POS

Terrible customer service. Was asked to cross wires and plug in to see what happens. Are you kidding me! I’m not an electrician. Did not offer a solution!

Grill was fine the first year. Not overly impressed with it. We have the Timberline XL. Went to use a couple of weeks ago and had an error message about the lid being open. I called Traeger customer service. Was connected with a person, who, very poorly, read responses from a manual and had me take apart and disconnect all the connections to the board. (The grill was heating up even with the error message, but decided to call while it was heating up) Once all was disconnected and reconnected, the grill would not work at all. Upon arguing with the marginal customer service rep, I was told the repair would be covered. I had to drive over an hour to the only repair place in a 5 state area. I am now being told nothing will be covered even though it is under warranty AND customer service had instructed me to disconnect everything. The customer service and supervisors are basically worthless. I have since heard so many complaints. Even the retail stores mention it is horrible. I have spent almost 5 hours dealing with issue. DO NOT BUY A TRAEGER., There are so many more options.,

I can’t believe it’s called a grill. My unit a Woodridge is nothing like a grill. A better description wood be an inefficient convection oven. Do they have an insulated blanket? Maintaining 500 degrees is tough, so do not look Inside.

Ik werd ongeveer een 3 tal jaren geleden als 1 van de eerste in de Benelux de trotse eigenaar van een Traeger Timberline 1300. Ik dacht toe, een pracht van eentoestel, maar na ergens 18 maanden viel mijn eerste draadloze probe uit, en door omstandigheden heb ik toen niet onmiddellijk contact opgenomen met de winkel waar ik deze aankocht. Nog geen 6 maanden later veel de 2de draadloze probe in panne, ik heb toen contact gezocht met de winkel van aankoop , maar het was teoen vakantie, niet iedereen was bereikbaar en door omstandigheden was de garantieperiode van 2 jaar blijkbaar voorbij. Het toestel koste me nieuw ergens 4500€ en de verkoper wist me te zeggen dat er veel problemen waren met die probes. bovendien had ik deze probes hoostens een heer of 20 gebruikt! Dan zou je denken dat een merk als Traeger zijn naam wel wil hoog houden, en hier het correcte zou doen! nee, ze verstoppen zich achter de garantie die net verlopen is. geen probleem, ik wil zoveel mogelijk mensen toch verwittegen over het feit dat je veel betaald voor eigenlijk waardeloze shit en er van de service weinig te verwachten valt. Mensen denk 2 maal na over het feit of je wel een toetsel van dit merk zou kopen, alles kan defect geraken, maar een degelijk merk helpt zijn klanten, de klantenbelevenis bij dit bedrijf is 0!!!

I’ve had this grill for 5 years now and have gone through 3 controllers. When I called this last week, they said I had no warrantee and had to buy another one. I asked why 3 controllers had to be replaced so many times and she had no answer sounds like a part issue to me. After a week, I get the box and they didn’t send everything I ordered when I called back they explained that the temp rod had had ordered didn’t go through so now I have to wait another week to get this grill fixed. As soon as I can fix it I’m going to sell it and buy a good product that will work. Good luck Traeger, you lost me as a customer forever
