On multiple occasions, my communications have been ignored by Tradiso in regards to their terms for providing services within specific timeframes (SLA parameters). It's unacceptable that the company failed so drastically to deliver on their core commitments. As I spent a leisurely afternoon outside yesterday, watching petals fall after a gentle rain shower passed through our area and contemplating adjustments to my investments portfolio, it dawned on me that all of my capital was being kept inaccessible by Tradiso. My laptop is emitting excessive heat despite resting in my lap right now - I guess minor issues aren't worth mentioning given the overall situation with regards to those disreputable people at Tradizo who can’t seem to meet your needs properly, anyway they only focus on getting as much money from you without providing any value back then after claiming they are overwhelmed and unable handle requests withdrawals it sounds like an excuse not a legitimate reason for this conduct. Important reminder to anyone considering interacting with them: steer clear of them because their actions speak louder than words - I paid my share, but all I got in return was silence afterward I didn’t have the bandwidth or patience for prolonged dispute so after pushing someone who had suffered from similar circumstances they pointed me towards GuerrillaChargeback. In a surprising turn of events, those guys managed to recover part of the funds that were allegedly stolen by Tradiso - despite the complexity and hassle involved in getting my belongings back, I’m just glad something finally changed and now that’s been said let's end this.

I was introduced to Tradiso.com via a company named Sentinel Capital AI. I made a deposit with a matching of $500 brings the account total to $3000. After 2 weeks of trading via the Sentinel AI, the balance increased to about $3049.00 . Tradiso.com and Sentinel AI were deducting about 14.025% of every profit I made unless I upgraded my account to a higher tier that was not cheap where they let me keep 90% of my earnings. I decided to opt out and requested a withdrawal of my original investment and the profit realized on the account in the 2 weeks. Tradiso.com only returned part of my original investment. All my withdrawal requests combinations were rejected. They kept my profit and they charged me 2.5 % withdrawal fee after they rip me of the whole profit on the account. I am writing this to make you aware that it is very hard to swim in the water controlled by Tradiso.com and Sentinel Capital AI. They will cut you apart, disintegrate you in small chunk, eat your as their lunch and finally burp on your skeleton a sour toxic smell. They will make you pay a high percentage fee while you are inside their system and if you ever requested to get out of their financial extortion game, They will punish you for willing to quit the scheme. BE AWARE. P.S- I must be fair to say that Sentinel Capital AI Reimbursed the $995.00 membership cost to participate in the whole financial disaster. Tradiso.com would eat my bare bones if they could.

Good broker communicated when i needed help, they solved my problem that i had with the withdrawal in a timely manner.

As for the actual trading, the execution is snappy, and the spreads are tight enough that they don't eat your lunch on every trade. Support actually what they're talking about, too, which is a rare find. If you're tried of jumping through hoops just to move your own money, give them a shot 5/5.

Just another update. I still can't move funds out of my account. They have been saying 24-48 hours all week. I am getting a bad feeling about this site. I am thinking Fraud. I don't know how they have received any good reviews. Must be employees. If anyone is considering using Tradiso I would say stay as far as possible. You can't even talk to someone in customer service. They say they don't offer that. You get an email response in 24 hours that says the same exact thing.

I want to make a note that you can not trust "Trustpilot" My review along with the reviews of other people, a few years ago, has been removed as if the company is not still scummy. Here is the review I left back on July 31, 2022 Do not use this broker I do not recommend it to anyone especially if you were going to come across problems, The brokerage itself has a nice UI but terrible, and when I say terrible I mean terrible customer service. I had taken an account from $392 to $2000 in equity and one day I accidentally archived my account when my account was still in open positions I attempted to contact support to try and fix the problem so I could get my account back and till this day I have not gotten a response and when it initially happened that was two months ago. When I went back to look at archives it said that whatever your balance is for your open trades will be closed and you will receive whatever your open trades are plus or minus. So in my head, I’m thinking OK I’ll receive the $1392 in account equity after having had the positions open nope that is not what I got, what I got was $392. Even though the trades at the time open in $1000 profit. So after that I’m thinking OK you know they’re not responding when we just take the L and use the rest of the money to try and flip it back and get into the trades so then I start opening more positions in the trades and then I’m thinking to myself OK maybe was a fluke and the brokerage is not stealing the money so I do it again with a smaller portion I have not gotten that money back that I archived I haven’t even gotten the actual balance either I had done $20 account and archived it I haven’t even gotten the 20 or the $15 an open profit that was open. The next large problem I went to check my MT4 for trading accounts on the mt4 platform you can see all of the accounts and I can still see even the accounts that are archived with the numbers the profits and equity and everything. However, when I go onto my account on tradiso I do not see any of my open accounts even the ones that are not archived so I should be able to see the balance in history and everything on the account I can’t see it when I go to try to withdraw the money that I have in my accounts I cannot see them when I try to withdraw it I do not recommend his brokerage to anyone the support team has not even responded to me in two months even when I messaged them a week ago to ask about the situation with me not being able to see my accounts and the money that I have in there. God forbid anybody put $1000,$20000, $30,000 in this, and then you can’t get your money out because your account disappeared and now they have it.

I'm really pleased with the services tradiso provides. The platform is easy to use and the trading signals are always on point. Great for begineers and experienced traders alike.
