They make you pay a pretty high price to return items, then after 2 weeks say the items are refunded when they are absolutely not! I'm currently awaiting paypal to refund me on their behalf.

Está empresa mente e enrola as pessoas aquando é necessário resolver um problema! Estou sem material e sem dinheiro há um mês e não resolvem a situação. Encomenda n 01613J097762 roubada/desaparecida e não resolvem o problema! Atenção não comprem nada a esta empresa.

Delivery was delayed. Got the wrong product and the did not send me the right one, asked me if a whanted a small refound I said no but got it any way

Si vous avez le moindre problème et avez besoin de contacter le SAV, préparez-vous à un enfer. SAV le plus cauchemardesque jamais vu : uniquement des réponses automatiques par IA qui ne prennent pas en compte votre demande (6 fois de suite pour ma part). Résultat, problème intraitable et vous êtes pigeonné.

Horrendous company - do not use! I bought a bike computer in October 2025. Within a few days it would not charge, and wouldn't perform a factory reset. I raised a return request and returned the item to TradeInn using their shipping label. The item arrived with them in December (it took several weeks to get there) and they say (?!) they sent it to the manufacturer as by the time they received it, it was out of the 30 day return period and that the manufacturer would confirm if it was covered by warranty. TradeInn told me not to check progress and that they would let me know when they receive a response from the manufacturer. It is now 4 months from when I returned the computer. I'm £300+ out of pocket and they refuse to chase the manufacturer. Their customer service is disgusting, you end up in a never ending loop of emails saying the same thing. Do not waste your money.

The bike I ordered turned up 2 weeks late with the incorrect wheels. For some reason the wheels specified on the bike were replaced with a set £1500 cheaper. Sent over 20 emails and messages non of which were replied to other than a generic response. The call centre said they could do nothing about. Absolutely rubbish and taking the matter further.

Terrible experience! I waited over a week for my order. When it finally arrived, the size didn’t fit, so I had to return it. Now, after more than 3 weeks of waiting, they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks for my money! What a worthless, poorly organized, and unreliable crappy company. Absolutely do NOT recommend. It’s unbelievable how badly they treat their customers.

J'ai passé une commande le 20/12/25. Je l'ai renvoyé à mes frais, dès sa réception soit le 27/12/25. Nous sommes le 19/01/26 et toujours aucun remboursement. Je demande régulièrement des nouvelles et on me répond : en cours de traitement. Je suis très mecontente !!!! Ce site n'est pas sérieux concernant le SAV.
