Someshat disappointed

I bought three indicators from these guys, two of which are utterly useless. The other one, called the Big Three indicator is brilliant but it can not be used on MT5 - only MT4 and on Tradingview - which means it's worthless to me as I trade on MT5. They do respond to queries but it takes a day or two or longer. If you are on their mailing list you get bombarded with an incessant stream of marketing emails regarding their products, some of which you have already bought. I had to unsubscribe from their mailing list as the daily onslaught of mail from them became just too much. Once you buy their products you get access to their trading strategy vault which contains a few very useful strategies. If you trade on Tradingview you can follow their trading calls there. Unfortunately this is only available on Tradingview and not MT5. The main reason I'm giving them only 2 stars is because I feel I have waisted my money by buying three indicators from them, none of which I can use. I suspect, judging by some of the information on their site and following a conversation by some other dissatisfied customer who wanted a refund, that I would have had a hard time getting a refund so I just didn't bother trying.

Thanks for the feedback on the MT5 version of Big Three Indicator. We are going to add the MT5 version right away and should be ready within the week. 2. As far as refunds we gladly refund anyone who is disatisfied with our products in a timely manner. 3. If you would like a refund please email us [email protected] 4. Thanks for explaining about the disatisfaction on how we manage our mailing list. We try to find a balance of informative education and product sales emails. We are constantly updating our indicators and sending the updates to our current customers. 5. Please send your feedback on our indicators that you said were useless we utilize customer feedback to make them better and are always updating them so they deliver the most value for traders. 6. If you had a conversation with a customer who was not given a refund please let us know their email so we can contact them immediately and make things right. Thanks again and we are working hard to improve our service and customers like yourself are helping us do it.
