Carl, again, we are truly sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, your review is inaccurate and misleading. We put our heart and soul into educating our customers. It's the entire reason that we exist. We don't make guarantees of success, but we do actively strive to make things right. When our clients blatantly violate established rules that they agree to, refuse to follow directions, make excuses for poor decisions, and then threaten us with lawsuits, and curses of destruction from God in heaven, we remain calm and courteous. All trading is risky. Trading psychology is a big part of trading and one that we take seriously. Not everyone is mature and disciplined enough to trade without an emotional response. We love our customers, but we also value our staff, and when they are verbally abused, we must set a firm boundary in order to protect them. We wish you the best, in life and in trading.
